See Australian softball competition at its best this February at Blacktown International Sportspark with the Open Men and Women's National Softball Competition.

From Monday 13 to Saturday 18 February Australia's leading softball talent will go head to head as they compete for the National male and female titles, Gilley's Shield and John Reid Shield respectively.

In what is one of the highlights of the softball calendar, this Championship provides elite players the opportunity to represent their state/territory in an intense nature whilst showcasing their outstanding skills and athleticism.

Teams include:

Open Women's - Australian Capital Territory Diamonds, New South Wales Firestars, Queensland Heat, South Australia Starz, Victoria Titans and Western Australia Flames

Open Men's - Aussie Colts, Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia
