Finals Fever Hits Blacktown Olympic Park

Finals Fever will hit Blacktown Olympic Park in October with the final of the NSW Softball Women's State League being contested on Sunday October 16.
Reigning Premiers Hills will be aiming for their third consecutive premiership but will face tough competition from Sharks (Sutherland), Mounties (South West Sydney), Bandits (Bankstown), Northern Storm (North Sydney) and Titans (North Shore).
The Hills team boasts Olympians Fiona Crawford (Baulkham Hills), Stacey Porter (Stanhope Gardens) and Kerry Wyborn (Werrington) along with NSW Women’s Open Team Representatives Kelly Gentle (Toongabbie) & Tatiana Holodnow (Carlingford).
Rachel Love(Greystanes) & Sarah Bradley (Blacktown) from the NSW Under 23 Team will also take to the diamond for Hills with NSW Under 19 Representatives Sarah Bradley (Blacktown) & Ashlee Pobjie (Acacia Gardens).
Further adding to the teams prowess are Nicole Gibson (Blacktown), Lisa Casaclang (Quakers Hill), Belinda Macdonald (Mt Colah), Melissa Dwight (Rooty Hill), Jessica Stubbs (Springwood), Kim Wark (Greystanes) & Samantha Pearson (Castle Hill).
The qualifying finals commence at 9am with the Grand Final to be held at 7pm.
