Blacktown Olympic Park Now Number One For Goalkeepers

Prior to the Hyundai A League Grand Final rematch on Sunday August 27, Blacktown City Council signed a landmark partnership agreement that will make Blacktown City the home of Goalkeeping.
Councillor Leo Kelly, Mayor of Blacktown City, Mr Ron Moore, General Manager of Blacktown City Council, Hollywood Star Anthony LaPaglia, Director of the International Goalkeepers Academy and Jim Fraser, Director of Coaching International Goalkeepers Academy signed off on the landmark agreement that will see the International Goalkeepers Academy will develop its specialist coaching program at Blacktown Olympic Park
Unique in its approach to training goalkeepers in both physical and mental demands, the Academy will see the world's best goalkeepers join with local youngsters to train under the guidance of former International Goalkeeper and current Sydney FC Goalkeeper Coach Jim Fraser.
Sessions run from 4pm on Wednesdays & Thursdays at Blacktown Olympic Park for Goalkeepers aged 10 years and over.
