Panthers on the Prowl at BOP

National Rugby League Team, the Penrith Panthers are 'On the Prowl' at Blacktown Olympic Park for pre season training at the world class athletics precinct.

The panthers, led by Assistant Coach Matthew Adamson & Strength and Conditioning Coach Carl Jennings, were put through their paces at the 90 minute training session. With the 2007 Premiership season kicking off on March 16, these training sessions are a crucial to ensure the team is fit and ready for their 2007 campaign

Training commenced on December 1 and will continue until the team breaks for the Christmas -New Year period. Players scheduled to participate in these sessions include Matthew Bell, Matthew Cross, Geoff Daniela, Brett Firman, Michael Gordon, Michael Jennings, Luke Lewis, Luke Rooney, Peter Wallace, Trent Waterhouse, Brendan Worth, Anthony Armour, Bob Blair, Keith Peters, Alex Ranieri, Nathan Smith & Craig Trindall.

This is not the first time the team has utilised the park's world class facilities with Blacktown Olympic Park the venue for pre season training sessions in 2004 & 2005.
