Blacktown Olympic Park launched its 2007 Sports Luncheon Series on Friday 23rd March with over 80 guests from a variety of business and sporting organisations enjoying an afternoon of delicious food,great company and sports entertainment.

Sponsored by Hooker Cockram Projects, the inaugural Sports Luncheon saw former National Rugby League Referee & Media Personality Bill Harrigan took guests on to the field and into the heart of action with some of the games best players.

Regarded as one of the best referees the game of Rugby League has known, Bill's experiences both on and off the field provided an insider view into what its really like to be the man with the whistle amongst 26 passionate Rugby League players.

Illusionist Adam Dean had the crowd in hysterics and awe with magic and comedy show - Special guest speaker Bill Harrigan also got in on the act.

A variety of Sports memorabilia was also on auction with the business card draw winners taking home a signed Bill Harrigan Rugby League Ball and A Family Pass to see the Sydney Swans take on West Coast Eagles kindly donated by AFL NSW/ACT.

Former Socceroos Goalkeeper and International Goalkeepers Academy Director of Coaching Jim Fraser will be the Special Guest Speaker at the next Sports Luncheon on Friday 6^th July.
