Blacktown Olympic Park will be the venue for some great international baseball action from Thursday February 8.

Teams from Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia will compete in a round robin competition over 4 days for the 2007 AA (Under 17) Oceania Championship Title. The winner earns the right to represent the region at the 2007 IBAF World Championships held in Venezuela later this year.

Games commence at 1pm on Thursday February 8 with New Zealand taking on New Caledonia. The final match of Championships will be on Sunday February 11.

As a special addition to the Oceania Championships, Australia will take on the NSW Patriots in an exhibition match at 7pm on Saturday February 10. The Australian team will boast a cavalcade of Olympians and US Professional players including Glenn Williams, Brad Thomas and Chris Oxspring.
