The ‘All Stars’ come out for Ozpitch launch!

Sports of all codes came together at Blacktown Olympic Park last week to launch Softball's new 'Ozpitch' Competition.
Representatives from softball, baseball, soccer, AFL and cricket joined local journalists from the Blacktown Advocate and Blacktown Sun to play what was an exciting 7 innings of Ozpitch. Country music stars Tori Darke and Karen Anne Waters from Racz 'N Waters, also joined the in the fun.

The Blue Team played a strong game throughout but had victory snatched from their grasp when Red Team captain, Adam Rindfleish, hit a magnificent home run that allowed several team mates to get across the plate to secure a 17 - 14 win.
Ozpitch is a recreational softball program for anyone wanting to have fun whilst moderately increasing their physical activity. The competition itself kicks off at Blacktown Olympic Park on April 12 and is sure to involve plenty of team building and exciting competition.
