Are you ready for the 2011 Blacktown City 'Family SportsFest'?

Get ready to experience a variety of different sports at this year's annual Blacktown City 'Family SportsFest on Saturday 27th August 2011 at Blacktown International Sportspark Sydney (formerly Blacktown Olympic Park), Eastern Road Rooty Hill.


"I encourage you all to join us at Blacktown International Sportspark Sydney on August 27 and be a part of western Sydney's biggest sporting celebration!" Mayor of Blacktown City, Councillor Alan Pendleton said.


From 12pm to 3pm, the Park's AFL/Cricket Centre will come alive with FREE sporting activities for the whole family from just about every sport you can think of and more! Featuring interactive displays, giveaways, competitions and mega inflatables there is something for everyone!


Youngsters can kick, hit and sprint into clinics with sporting stars including the Greater Western Sydney (GWS) GIANTS AFL Clinic and Cricket clinic with players from the RTA SpeedBlitz Blues throughout the day.


As part of the Blacktown City 'Family SportsFest' festivities, the GWS GIANTS will take on Eastlake in their final home game of the NEAFL season at Blacktown International Sportspark Sydney at 2pm. Entry to the game is FREE.
