It's a Summer of Sport at Blacktown International Sportspark Sydney with a variety of actioned packed sporting events for the whole family to enjoy! From AFL to Baseball, from Cricket to Softball even Athletics and Goalkeeping- there is something for everyone at the heart of sport in Western Sydney!

Batter up to Baseball at the Sportspark with the Sydney Blue Sox taking on the Brisbane Bandits on 1 to 4 December and the Canberra Cavalry from 15 to 18 December. The Blue Sox then return to Blacktown International Sportspark in their New Year for games against the Adelaide Bite on 1 to 15 January and will be looking to secure their place in the finals series.

International Cricket will return to Blacktown International Sportspark in January with Australia taking on their Trans Tasman rivals New Zealand in the Women's Rose Bowl Competition on 27 and 29 January. The best up and coming male cricketers will also compete in the Cricket Australia Futures League Competition with NSW SpeedBlitz Blues going head to head against the ACT from 6 to 9 February.

Athletics competitors will sprint into summer at the Sportspark with the Athletics NSW Combined Events Championship on 7 and 8 January before the Little Athletics representative season gets underway at the Zone and Regional Little Athletics Carnivals in February.

The best male and female softballers in the nation will take to the Blacktown International Sportspark diamonds for the Open Men's and Women's National Softball Championships from 13 to 18 February.

Looking to keep the kids entertained over the School Holidays? Cricket, Baseball and the International Goalkeepers Academy will all run programs in January guaranteed to keep youngsters active and fit during the holidays.

The Summer sporting action at Blacktown International Sportspark doesn't stop there!

Western Sydney's very own national AFL team, the Greater Western Sydney Giants will take on the Collingwood Magpies and Western Bulldogs in a triple header spectacular as part of the AFL's 2012 NAB Cup Pre Season Competition. This is the first chance for the public to see the 2012 GIANTS Squad in action in the lead up to their 2012 AFL Premiership debut!
